Who is responsible

What we collect

When you send a booking request: your email, the car, dates, times, pick-up place or address and the estimated price. When you use the help widget: your message and contact. We also record anonymous page visits (a truncated, salted hash of your IP, browser and page) to understand demand. We do not use advertising cookies.

Why

To answer your request and prepare a rental offer (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to improve the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it

Our hosting (DigitalOcean), email delivery (Resend) and database (Supabase) act as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your data.

How long

Requests are kept for up to 12 months unless a rental follows, in which case legal retention periods apply.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to hello@cabriobarcelona.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
